Susan Toft is the CEO and Founder of The Laundry Lady, a rapidly expanding professional mobile laundry service that operates in Australia, New Zealand and Canada.

Since 2020, Katrina Brennan of SRJ Walker Wayland has worked closely with Susan, supporting the business through its transition from sole trader to a company and guiding its growth from startup through to scale-up and expansion.
