Theona begun her career in banking followed by finance before moving to public practice. She has now been in public practice for over 25 years, working a part time career balanced with her family life.

Whilst the prioritisation of the needs of her clients and team can be challenging at times, the overall enjoyment of nurturing her clients/team is the ultimate reward. Being present whilst over the change of the lifecycle of her clients business or her teams career, provides the satisfaction of her own career goals.
